I have been in the telephone industry since 1980. I have worked in several different aspects of telecommunications. I have worked outside plant and central office for a major phone company until 1984. Then I went into the PBX side as well as payphones, IT work, install network cabling, setting up internet for customers as well as building computers, repairing computers, and removing virus's off computers.  I am unique in the fact I can work on Telephones, Voicemails, and extensive IT work.
